Pre-Launch Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the wardrobe.drpal2028.me website handles data collected when you sign up for the priority access list before the public launch of the Wardrobe.AI app. It is distinct from the App Privacy Policy that applies to using the iOS app.
- We collect email and answers you voluntarily provide, only for the pre-launch phase.
- No cookies, trackers or analytics. Zero tracking.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time by email.

We do not collect: full IP, browser fingerprint, precise location, cookies, sensitive data (health, biometrics, political opinions, etc.).

4. Retention
- Your data is kept for 12 months from registration, or until you withdraw consent — whichever comes first.
- After that period it is automatically deleted.
- If the app launches within this period and you have consented, you may be migrated to the app user list — but only with new explicit consent.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
- Access — to know what data we hold about you.
- Rectification — to correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — to request deletion of all your data.
- Portability — to receive your data in a structured machine-readable format (JSON).
- Objection — to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, just reply "unsubscribe" to an email or contact us.
- Complaint — to lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Portuguese DPA).

6. Cookies and tracking
This page uses no cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, external fonts, or any trackers. You can browse it with your favourite privacy blocker without breaking anything.
7. Minimum age
This list is exclusively for users aged 18 or older. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If we become aware of a registration by a minor, we delete it immediately.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect legal or site changes. The version in force is always accessible at this URL. Material changes will be notified by email to those who have consented to marketing.
